Next Wave Software builds customized software solutions for business. Our specialty is designing internet-based applications that include both a public web site for your customers and a private web site for your business, allowing you and your staff to manage your operation from anywhere you want or need to be. All it takes is an internet connection and a web browser.

How we do it
We sit down with you and your staff (in person, on the phone or over the internet), find out what it is you need or want to do, and then brainstorm with you to come up with the solution that will work best for your particular application. Here's a quick and very common example: let's say you make and sell widgets, you keep your inventory in an Excel spreadsheet, and you list your available items on a web page with prices. When you make or sell a widget, you update the spreadsheet. You know you should also update the web page, but you don't do it very often, because you have to pay someone to do it, or do it yourself by hand. But wouldn't it make more sense to just enter the information once, and have it automatically update your inventory and your web page? Ok, now how about also using that data to send e-mail updates to people that have been waiting for you to make more widgits? How about automatically taking orders from those customers while you sleep tonite? How about printing shipping labels and postage in the morning, automatically updating your inventory, tracking shipments and sending follow-up e-mail after the sale?
